About Me:
If I'm not doing something with my hands while watching TV, riding in the car (as a passenger - no big death wish here), talking to friends, waiting in a doctor's office or anywhere else, I get fidgety. Usually I've got a small, easy knitting or crochet project handy, so almost everybody we know has handmade washcloths, dishrags, scarves or hats. Bigger projects have to stay home until they're finished and ready to go out. But enough about me...

Hello - I just joined and really should be putting my son to bed, but here I am at the computer. I am very impressed with anyone who can knit while riding in the car. I still suffer from car sickness if I don't look out the window. But I usually bring along a small project if I'm going to be somewhere stationary!
