- I am retired, living in Va and Fl, have a daughter in Danville,Va who is my cohort in crime! We make knitting bags,dye yarn and fiber, make shawl pins and polymer clay pins, just about anything to do with fiber. My husband of well over 30 years, darling that he is, has become disabled and retired from the Navy, I spend my time making sure he is happy. I have a son in Fl who is in law enforcement, and owns his own coffee house. (Neither of whom are married or have given us any grandchildren!)
We travel between, My mil is here, and justlost Dad after 65 years together so we are making her our first priority at this time. She is knitting also! Trying to get her busy, there is a first great grandchild on the way for her, so I am "making" her knit, starting a knitting group at the assisted living facility where she lives, hoping when I go out of town she will be ready to continue it. We travel with a little chihuahua/rat terrier (a chia rat) named Doll Baby and an African Grey Parrot, Zorro who is now practicing the sounds of the new security system!
