Magical Blocking

I finished my curved shawl over the weekend. I was worried it would be more of a scarf than a shawl while I was knitting. Blocking really opened it up to a reasonable size, so I'm pretty happy with it.

Just placed orders for Gloss (and more Felici)

I hear that new Mermaid Gloss lace yarn asking to be made into that Frost Flowers and Leaves shawl in A Gathering of Lace. I've thought about doing that shawl in some Sage Zephyr for years, but I'll be swatching it in the the Gloss, and ordering enough to finish if I like the swatch.
