Hello, I'm looking for a DVD on the "Magic Loop" method of knitting socks. The one I'm looking for includes making two socks on one circulr needle at a time. Can anyone direct me to a source for this DVD? I already know how to do one sock at a time, but would like to purchase the DVD for two at a time.

Thanks,
Jill

I have read how to do this but actually seeing how to do the magic loop is more than helpful. A new technique to try. Thanks

Good Morning:
I am the "new kid on the block." I just watched the video tutorial on Magic Loop and I am going to try it! I have wanted to learn how to knit socks, without the double points. I am off to the store today to find longer circular needles to try this technique. Thanks so much!!

Kelley has made a series of instructional videos showing you how to make a sock, from start to finish. They're free, and you can see the list right here.

Is there a dvd available for sale on how to make socks providing the step by step to the finish product? If there is one available, where can I purchase it. thanks

I do the magic loop method with a 32" needle for socks, but I think the length of the cable is a little short because it's "stiff" and hard to control. I'm going to by a 36" and 40" to compare. I think the extra length will make the cable more flexible and so easier to knit without pulling on my stitches.
