I got the ball winder and swift together as an anniversary gift. But, when the winder arrived, the handle was broken (sniff, sniff). I called Customer Service, and the same day, they mailed one out to me. I just got it today, and it is wonderful! I cannot wait to put on a hank and get to winding. I am so grateful to customer service and the wonderful job that they do. Darryl in customer service was so polite. Kelly, hug her for me!!! Thanks again.

When I finish winding, I will tie the ends together before removing it from the swift. If I am going to store the yarn for a while, I will fold up the label up and place it over the core of the winder so when the ball is pulled off, the label is in the center. It helps me keep the label with the yarn.
