What a beautiful sweater! It looks so cozy! I can't wait to start on my first sweater once my Christmas knitting is done - its my incentive to keep on track! My plan is to use City Tweed but in DK since I am in GA... so far the Comfy Cardigan is my pattern of choice.

Nina,
Thank you so much for the help for the Little Bubbles sweater. That is exactly what I was doing wrong. I have never had to M1 increase that way before.
Now I can knit on.
Thanks Again,
Terah

Nina,
Thanks for responding so quickly. I realize that the KP crew has been extremely busy, what with all the "new" stuff you are offering, new KALs, new colors and weights of yarn. I'll keep my eye out for the pattern. Susan

Nina,
Has KP put the Little Bubbles Set pattern on the webpage yet. I've been watching for it, and have ordered my yarn. I was just curious when it would be available.

thanks, Susan

I joined the KAL with the tweed yarn. I probably should of waited. I purchased three books to get an idea of what to make. Then I can purchase the yarn. Will it be too late by then? I am sorry if it is an inconvience. Please lrt me know. craftermaybe

I just noticed the new face on the staff page. Welcome to KP - though a little late. Hope you enjoy this as much as everyone else seems to. I've only been knitting a few years, but love it. I just started learning to spin, and am inspired by the variety of projects, yarn and ideas presented by KP.

Again, Welcome!

Nina, glad to meet you and best of luck to you at Knit Picks! Seems like a dream job to me! I can hardly imagine knitting during a meeting a work! Look forward to seeing some of your designs too!
I mostly knit English, but sometimes knit Continental. Purl I can't do Continental though. Just can't manage it. I have never tried knitting with wooden needles. Maybe I should try it?

Anyway good luck to you and look forward to seeing you around!

Sounds like a great book. I will check it out at the library and see what it's all about.
I am trying a sock on one circular needle, one sock at a time of course. It's working out really well for me.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Nina,

Seems like we have 2 things in common.... living in Oregon and knitting. Have you been knitting long? I'm new to knitting and really enjoy it so far. I tried making socks on dpn's but it didn't feel fun or relaxing. I am looking for a pattern on circular needles, have you heard of such a thing?
