What to do with those "bits" of yarn left over ? What if you are looking for something else to knit besides the usual doll clothes, wash cloths or other small items?
Knit "baggies" to cover Lavender Sachets!
Our family has been using them for years, tucked into a drawer or hung in the back of a closet, and never had moth problems. I think they dislake Lavender Odor! I am sure there are other dried petals, herbs, cedar chips that work just as well. If anyone out there in Knit Land knows about these natural repellants, please let me know. Thank you.

Pattern used is one I have used many times, specially for girl socks: Tiny Sock Cables.
