Sock it to me!
I have a lot of sock yarn - between working here, my dyer friends who have sock clubs, our local yarny festivals (not least of which included Sock Summit!) and my local yarn store that stocks lots of indie sock yarn dyers (also where IDP designers Starr & Alex work!), I can't seem to stop getting my hands on it!
So when we received our new Stroll Tonal samples, I was in absolute heaven - even the fact I couldn't buy them yet did not diminish my enthusiasm.
I can't even choose a favorite. I want a rainbow of these socks!
We've started getting in our samples from designers for their new patterns in too - so I grabbed Kate & Sarah & had a little bit of fun!
We even wore matching jeans!
I think what I love most about this yarn is how fantastic it looks in all these sock patterns! Everything from plain to lacey to cables to simple ribbing - all looked great without color pooling or distorting the pattern - something you don't always see with hand dyed yarns.
I can't wait until I can buy the whole lot these for myself! These sock pattern will be available through IDP soon as well!

Oh man!! I'll have to get proficient at knitting socks, but I'll get the yarn just to look at until I can use it. The verdict is unanimous. We all LOVE it. Thanks for that. ☺E.

OH my..I really love those colors. I HATE this waiting for them to become available for sale. I sure hope you have a BIG supply of them all.

I adore that lavendar colorway. I was jumping out of my skin for the queen anne color way, but now I don't know! I'm kind of on a purple kick these days..... choices, choices!
