Rather Be Knitting

Are you sure today is Wednesday? It sure feels like a Monday to me. It was so cold this morning and yes I know its winter but still... I didn't check the weather I know again my fault there I should have check. So when I went out and it was -11 I was a little chilly I don't even know what the wind chill was. After being down south for so long I'm still adjusting to real winter weather. Perfect knitting weather, but I had to work today and that was OK I like going to work but I so would have rather stayed knitting this morning. I did my usual coffee early morning knitting before I went to work and I just didn't want to stop. See I was at the turning of the heel part on one of the socks (lets face it that is the best part other than BO and wearing or gifting them) and I didn't want to put them down. I would have turn the heel last night,but my little one started running a fever( he's feeling a little better today) so it was a long.... night.
Hopefully(as long as little man keeps getting better) I will be able to turn the heel on both sock tonight. If I can keep my eyes open that is.Maybe if I just take a power nap that would help. If not I will work on them again tomorrow morning and then I'm suppose to get off work early so I can work on them again then. I hope to get them done this week.Now that I got that figured out. What to make for supper?
