Remember back in December when I posted about the plumbing problems?
Well in the same post, towards the end of the post, I also posted this:
"Prayer requests:
We need a doublewide trailer. It's a huge prayer, but my God is an awesome God, and capable of delivering a double wide on our property, but if not, I will still praise Him."

Guess what?!? He answered our prayers once again. =) Maybe not exactly how it would have been *ideal*..... But as far as I know, He knows a LOT better than me, and once again - He has a plan.

There is a Mennonite family we know in the area..... They have been so good to us! They had heard all of what was going on, and one of their daughters was talking to mom the other day, and asked if Gma and Gpa were considering moving down here.
Well...... yes. LOL
And then she told us that she was in charge of finding tenets for (drumroll please) a rent free house in the area! The person who owns it is keeping it for sentimental reasons, and doesn't want it to be empty, but doesn't want to live there either. So all that would be "rent" was paying utilities and basic upkeep.

Isn't my Lord an Awesome God?!?

And a verse that seems to go well with the state of my soul right now.....

"Psalm 37:7 (King James Version)

7Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass."

I have to say that I am prolife. (If you have been reading my blog at all, you probably have guessed that.) With the FOCA bill that Barack Obama is trying to pass, I have been scared. For my country. What kind of a country that kills their innocent, has the favor of a King so powerful as mine? I am frightened for America.
But I am going to rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him.

(Sorry there isn't any knitting content - not much going on in that area.)

Forever in my Father's hands,
Adanna

The Lord knows what he is doing. He provides all that we need, however he sees best. Prayers have been answered for your family and the Mennonite family as well. The house won't be empty, I'm sure it will be well taken care of and everything and every one is blessed!

As in all things in life, there is a lesson in your post. Sometimes God knows better than we do. We should trust Him and walk in the footsteps of Jesus. Open your heart, and listen. +
