This might be the answer I've been looking for - I see so many lovely sweaters I want to knit, but they are crew neck. I'd love to see you do a video of the V-neck method.

This podcast was exactly what I needed to know right now. Thanks Kelley. One question, can you cut steeks on the diagonal instead of doing the neck shaping? (I am knitting top down.) I know this may be just a bad idea...if so, I can handle the truth. (grin)

Dear kelley,

After listening to your podcast on steeking, I'm glad I love to sew up seams. Sorry Kelley, but I tried knitting in the round and I found it very confusing. It's much easy to make the pieces and sew them up. Steeking just adds more work when you can have a sweater in no time by sewing up the seams. I know that people use steeking because they don't like to sew but it's not that bad really. I hope that you would give seaming another try. Long live seaming!
