Hi Janbie,

You can switch pieces to circular very easily. That sounds like a good podcast topic! Thanks!

Hugs,
Kelley

Love this podcast, Kelley! And hands down, this is my favorite knitting book so far this year. Knitting top down was fun and ego-boosting. It's just too bad that most of the sweater designs I love are still done in pieces.

Kelly, I have just found the podcast. I am mostly listening from the beginning, but I did listen to this episode and I had to order the book. Thank you so much for such a great podcast. I just started listening yesterday and I am up to 16 episodes so I hope to be current by the end of the week. Thank you again. Kim

While on vacation I found this book in a knitting shop but the price was to much for me to justify buying it even though I was drooling over the patterns. When I got home I immediately came to Knitpicks.com and ordered both it (the fact that there was a 40% off book sale didn't hurt), and enough Merino Style to start the "Favorite Cardigan" as my first actual sweater. I am so glad that Kelley interviewed this author and I hope that others are inspired to look at this book.

Great podcast, as usual! I already had this book from KP, mainly because I really like top down sweaters and cardis. My daughter is quite tall and quite picky about styles. Knitting top down lets me add exactly what I need in the torso to make her garments fit right. Every top down I've made her turned into a 'go to' piece in her wardrobe. As Amy says about 'super picky', it's golden when you find a smart book filled with intereting and timeless designs. And I LOVE Wendy's blog. That was a definite plus. Thanks!

Great podcast. I'm so glad that my copy of her book, which I had ordered a week or so ago, should be arriving shortly.

Thank you all so much for the "Atta Girls". That's what keeps me energized as I work on my podcasts!

Hi Amy,

What did you think of the Cable sweater with the deep back? I am so impressed with all the work Wendy put into her book. I need to work through a few UFOs in Tina's UFO group before I take on my first top-down sweater! :)

Thank You Kelley for being so informative. It is nice to learn new things and stay up to date on all things knitting. I will be checking this book out. Keep up the good work and keep our minds moving.
