I love the i-cord podcast and the ones about the audiobook readers! Something completely different but I love the advice on reading as much as knitting!
I love the book section. My boyfriend heard the intro once and gave me this look like I was nuts! He just doesn't get. I also love all the great interviews with Knit-Celebs! Thanks for a great podcast!
I have learned so very many techniques from Kelley's podcasts. Have been listening to her since the very beginning...
It's hard to choose my favorite lesson, but I'm going to go with the way Kelley taught me to ssk by doing a slip to knit then slip to purl instead of slip to knit, slip to knit. It makes a much neater ssk I think.
Wow! 100 podcasts! Congratulations! With your first I-cord podcast, I was intrigued and after the second...I was brave enough to go ahead and substitute an I-cord neck edging in place of the more difficult technique the pattern called for (which I would certainly have done incorrectly). It turned out perfectly! I especially love your lessons at the beginning of every podcast and have enjoyed learning from you from all 100 podcasts! Thank you!
I think my favorite episode is the very first one--I love Kelley's story about how she started spinning before she started knitting. I have recently become quite addicted to spinning myself! My second favorite is #38 about hand dyeing yarn and then #19-Knitting on a Budget!
I could listen to your podcasts endlessly! Who would think that you could make such a visual art come alive through sound only? But you sure do it, Kelly.
My favorite podcast was the one about weaving in ends. Yes, this is trivia, but vitally important to us knitters. It was great to hear how different knitters join yarn and weave ends in different manners and how they decide which method to use when.
Congrats on #100 and on to #1000!

I love hearing tidbits about office life at Knitpicks - helps me daydream about being a professional yarn enthusiast! And as far as I'm concerned, you can do as many podcasts on i-cord as you want.
I tried to look at some of the earlier podcasts, but didn't really have the time to look, so of this last year's ones, I think #86 about tools and #92 about weaving in ends. I liked the one about lace knitting that was sometime last fall...I think.
