Not enough time to knit...

Nap time is almost here, and I am looking forward to it. The girls have been really good today, but I will be watching Monday night's episode of Heroes, and knitting more on my blanket. I'm more excited about the knitting than watching the show for once--it's been a bit disappointing recently. I can't wait to get done with my blanket. I've promised to make blankets for my girls (but those will be smaller, since they are smaller!), and then I can try something new. I'm excited about that too.

I've been knitting for about a year now, but it's been just recently that I've started trying new things. So I guess I'm a beginner still, but I've known the basics for a little while. I love knitting--have since I started--but getting involved in this community makes me even more excited. I now have an easier way to learn more--as well as the opportunity to connect with other knitters.

Guess I better get going...I have a few things to complete before lunch, and after lunch is nap time!
