Here is the progress on the sweater. I am so, happy with it. Now I hope I have enough of the main colors without having to be creative with the little bits from my stash I am not using.

Yes that is all right. Lace is a finiky thing, and does require your strict attention. Although this is a rule, it is not always the case. Some lace patterns are rather easy and repetative. Hang in there. I will see you on Wednesday.
I hope that you are feeling better soon. At least i can be sure that I didn't bring it to the shop. Vacation was very nice and relaxing. We have tickets to the ballgame on Wednesday night, so I think that I will pop over in the afternoon to hang out for a bit if that is alright. The lace has been frustrating me. It isn't that I can't do it, but if I drop a stitch, I can't always figure out how to recover it. Also, I have been spending most of my time trying to get the navy and white blanket finished and haven't spent to much time on the lace.

Almost. Am battleing a cold. Wonder who brought it to work? It came home with me this weekend. One sleeve is done and I shall finish it hopefully by class this week. How was your holiday?

the class has been fun to teach. Several of these ladies started out as beginners at the shop, either in my class or in one of the other classes we offer. We talk about all sorts of things and stay focused on our knitting/crocheting. It is very satisfying. Highly recommended. The class has two more months then we take a break for the summer. Classes will resume in September.
This is beautiful! Liked the pics of your knitting class... maybe that is what I need to do... start a knitting class. It would keep me off the streets.
