OK, so forever since I posted! New news is that I am starting 2 circles this Fall. One for the knitting challenged and one for Bundles of Love charity organization. I anticipate lots of fun!! I am working out a starter agenda and I think I will be asking what all the knitter want to learn then teach them! I have high hopes for my future knitter and can't wait to get started!

Believe it or not our little Nicholas is 8 months old! Where did all the time go? I am having a great time watching him learn all the new "firsts" and can't wait for him to start walking! Daddy practices with him every day :) As always, a new pic of my handsome bruiser! Will be posting pics as soon as we get our circles circling!

And yes, our son is already a Twins fan!!

Thanks girls :) Nicholas is definitely the light of my life! He is such a funny babe. Susan, firsts are so much fun aren't they!!??
Phyllis, My husband nearly had a heart attack when he saw that they make Twins shirts in Nick's size! He bought 4 colors...lol
HavetoomuchYarn, Can you ever really have too much? haha! Bundles of Love is an organization that gives to babies born with nothing. Each bundle includes knitted items such as sweaters, mittens, hats, blankets, and booties. Volunteers also sew outfits, bibs, bunting and blankets. Finally each is bundle is outfitted with pacifiers, bottles, diapers, wipes, and usually a one soft toy.
It is hard for me to think of babies born in to this world with out necessity. It sounds like a pretty crummy start. Bundles of love offers at least a small start for the helpless little wonders. Our contribution is small but the more that participate, the more bundles we can fill :)

Nicholas is adorable! Great expression on his face!
My new grandson Sam is starting to stand up a bit... it's so much fun to watch them learning everything.
Good luck with the knitting groups... sounds like lots of fun!

What a great picture! (are you sure it's been eight months?)
Walking, eh? Oh dear...

I know you will have fun with your knitters! Asking what they want to learn nd go from there soundl like an excellent idea. What does Bundles of Love do?
