Knitting Community

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Knittin' Mittens KAL/class. It was just my second online class so I appreciated everyone's enthusiasm and questions. What I really love is the idea that an online class doesn't have to end! The videos and comments will stay up on the KAL page as long as there is interest. So if you have any knitting friends who want to give mittens a try, be sure to have them watch the video series!

I normally do gloves (Selbuvotter) but not mittens. I did a mitten from Schurch's Mostly Mittens for the KAL. Then I bought the White Caps mitts from the new IDP patterns and made those. A lot of fun!

Thank you so much Kelley. I really enjoyed the mitten course. I learned so much from you and you made it so easy for me. I finished a pair for a gift and my friend loved them:) Please, please have more courses like this:) I know you put so much work into it and please know you are very appreciated:)

Thanks, fun! I still feel very young in mind, though sometimes the body doesn't want to cooperate. ♥c

Kelly,
The classes are great for thoses of us that are self taught and knit without knitting friends, family etc. They are so clear and concise. Love them, thanks a lot.

I also love Cheryl's tactful way of thinking. lol

Thanks, Kelley, having the discussions, comments, questions and encouragement to look at should be a help to those who couldn't participate this time. These KALs are fantastic! --S

Thanks, Kelley. I really think your video classes have been very helpful to all of us, old and new to knitting. [Notice I didn't say old and new knitters because none of here are old no matter what the chronological number may say.] ♥c
