I have always been partial to “liquid” meals. Even as a kid, I liked to toss a bunch of fruit, yogurt, juice and ice into a blender at any time of day. I suspect it was because I could sip a smoothie and read at the same time. Using a knife and fork meant that I had to put down my book.
So, I’m quite intrigued by the Green Smoothie Challenge I stumbled across while I was wondering around on the net. The spinach (leafy greens) base sounds very interesting. I know it sounds disgusting but Green Woman Comes Knocking's blog entry is what caught my attention in the first place. She makes Green Monsters sound quite yummy!

I know this isn't particularly related to knitting but healthy people can knit more so I thought it was completely appropriate. I think I will stop off at the grocery store tonight and whirl up a big glass of green! Then, energetically knit on my Spring Fling.
