What a lovely way to spend a day!

My take for the day?

A used Ashford Joy spinning wheel that I bought from Theo after seeing her ad on the Black Sheep Gathering group in Ravelry. Thank you, Theo!!! I love my "new" wheel!

I also bought an Ashford Knitters Rigid Heddle loom.

I did not buy any spinning fiber! But, it was very hard to resist temptation with Alison pointing goodies out to me every few minutes.

I can't tell you how tickled I was to see you at BSG on Friday and be able to tell you how much I enjoy your podcast (and ALL about Knit Picks!!!). It was a great wool gathering and I enjoyed all of it! Thanks for the great slide show!!

What a beautiful post, thank you Kelley for taking us along on your day. All of those georgeous fibers and equipment--I guess that with only one wheel coming home with you, you did come out of it easily!! But, you really did need a wheel in the office as well as your wheel at home, right? Just looking makes my fingers itch to get back into the whole spinning/weaving scene!!
