How do we develop a yarn line? Well, if you asked Bob, it would involve a large dartboard and about 200 darts. The truth is that I’ve never been very good at playing darts. The reality is a fine balance of economics and knitting enthusiasm. Much like what every knitter faces every time they choose yarn for a new project.

What’s On My Needles
I have a unique system for incorporating knitting into every part of my life. The last couple of weeks have put it to the test. Good news! I knit waiting for medical tests, before surgery, after surgery and during meetings when I get back to the office. It might not have been challenging knitting but it certainly kept me calm and happy.
I made very nice progress on my Moderne Baby Blanket - good old garter stitch. After misplacing my Moccasin Socks from the Knitter’s Almanac for a couple of days, I found them in a purse and continued on.
To keep up with my knitting progress during the week, be sure to check out my
blog.
