Interview with Laurie Perry (aka the knit blogger Crazy Aunt Purl) and author of Drunk, Divorced & Covered in Cat Hair. Laurie has written a funny, inspirational book about handling crisis and finding your way to the other end. For her, knitting not only led her out of her self-imposed hermitage but on to a whole new world of people who are grateful she took the time to share her experiences.
What’s On My Needles
It’s Thanksgiving week! The prep work and food shopping took up a good chunk of time up until Thursday. But, Thursday through Sunday? Lots of cooking, socializing, eating and knitting. I love cooking for people; I love hanging out with my friends and family; I love eating the comfort food of Thanksgiving and, of course, I love knitting. Sounds like four incredibly wonderful days!!!
