Hot off the needles.

I am working on September's yarn pages, making room for the 150+ new skus that will be available and between saves I finished grafting the toes of my Felici socks knit up in Schooner. I love that we are carrying self-striping sock yarn and now with the sock blanks I can make my own colorways and create socks that will help show my support to some of my favorite athletic teams (and maybe I can make some for my husband too.) He already has 2 pairs of socks and seems to like them so I should just stick with what works. I think the next pair I should make him should be a tube style sock though because that is what is used to wearing. We have one featured in the upcoming July catalog knit up in Risata and even my "volunteer" model enjoyed wearing them. They are called "Tubey Socks" from Son of Stitch N Bitch and use 4 balls total (2 for the main color and 2 each for the stripes)

Comment by Christy on June 5, 2008 at 12:32pm: All the yarns got some color additions in them (excluding the new colors you have already seen with lace, cotton and sock yarns) and we will be introducing 2 new lines and adding something new to two other lines.
