Yarn diet? What yarn diet?
So I'm perusing the April catalog and finding so much to love about the new colors and all the summer yarns and planning how to spend my economic stimulus package. I click to the Knit Picks website and start loading a cart with my wishlist - a little Comfy in pink, a little CotLin in green (mmmm... kohlrabi), a little Shine in yellow maybe. Not a lot of yarn, not a sweater's worth, just a sampler, if you will. But it's just a wishlist. I mean I just ordered from Knit Picks 2 weeks ago (Gloss Lace in Aegean and Shimmer in Deep Woods!) I can wait.
And then I check my email.
A Taste of Summer! *sigh* With FREE patterns! *sigh*
Those pictures are so tempting they should be charged with solicitation. So now all three sampler kits: Georgian, Victorian, and Renaissance are winging their way to my house. (Plus one more skein of Gossamer in Trail because now with 3 skeins I can make anything and plus ... $1.99!!!)
So this doesn't count towards my economic stimulus package yarn shopping, right?
And then I check my email.
