Sound of Music

I have had no knitting time lately!!!!! I've been spending all my time altering costumes for my children's elementary school production of The Sound of Music. Last night I hemmed 8 skirts. Today I have to alter the last adult gown into a child sized gown, add some velcro to Lisel's curtain play dress, and fix a nun's habit. I was going to the school and iron everything, but my daughter was up vomiting last night. The poor little girl is home from school and mom needs a nap! I have done nothing but sew and help out at the school. Tonight is the first performance and two more tomorrow, then back to normal. My house is a disaster, I have piles of laundry, and a huge list of household chores to do. I don't think I'll get much knitting done next week either. I can't wait to have my house back to normal.
My friend mentioned that she needs a co-chair for the Science Fair.... Is it going to start all over again????
