Blocking Tip

I am sure it has been done before, but I like it anyway! When blocking a square or rectangular piece of lace knitting I line wires up with the edges of the stripes on a big bathsheet....Any comments or a better way, please let me know. Tips: YB's Yarn Bits

What to do with those "bits" of yarn left over ? What if you are looking for something else to knit besides the usual doll clothes, wash cloths or other small items? Knit "baggies" to cover Lavender Sachets! Our family has been using them for years, tucked into a drawer or hung in the back of a closet, and never had moth problems. Tip.....

Guess I have been doing this blog thing all wrong! KP Admin said it is ok to post a tip. So here goes! When knitting with the Shine Sport I had trouble making a neat felted join when starting a new skein. After some trial and error I discovered that using a TINY drop of Flexable Fabric Glue worked realy well instead of using saliva, normally used in joining threads.
