Have you ever been stumped by all those crazy knitting abbreviations? Well, because knitting has developed around the world, there are so many different techniques that are similar and so many terms that really describe the same or very similar things. Therefore you will find that knitting abbreviations will vary. Hopefully the designer will be kind enough to give a list of the abbreviations s/he uses. If not, hopefully these will help.
