It's been a while!!

Well ladies, it's been a crazy summer!! I feel like I havnt blogged in ages! I am doing well and knitting like crazy! I finished my modern baby blanket, as well as the iPad case for my boyfriend, and have been working on washcloths and towels for my family for Christmas, sadly I am starting to get bored of them and am only 1/3 of the way done!! Charlotte fiber festival

Hey everyone!! My trip went so well and I was able to keep my needles! Thanks to everyone for your help and suggests! Fairy Godknitters

I am so grateful for the fair GodknittersI in the KAL. They have just been so helpful through everything!! Another day

Well it's another day in the life of knitting and I have been able to find a great number of times to knit!! The hand towel I blogged about before, become a tablet case before I was even done with the swatch, so I have now started that and it looks great!! This hand towel issue

Well I first want to thank you ladies for your feedback on my help issue!! I have not completed any of my swatches or washed them yet. I haven't been feeling well but I have started a swatch that is doubled with to strands of the Cotlin yarn and I love it already!!! I am going to prep the lion yarn and finish at least my current swatch of Cotlin and wash it before I start my project. I have been slowly listening through the podcasts and it's so funny that right now when I am just starting to blog and I just listened to the podcast about the knit picks community and I have to say its so true and a great big thank you to everyone, I really don't have Many people around me that knit, I am very new to knitting and taught myself. You all are just so amazing and supportive and helpful and encouraging and I am truly grateful for all your help.

Good morning! I need help!

I am trying to make a hand towel for my boyfriend and his favorite colors are black and orange like halloween. So I bought some Colin in black and clementine. But when I started knitting the black on size 5 needles it seemed flimsy and not soft at all. I was hoping or a dense soft hand towel for his bathroom.

Blanket done

So my baby blanket with the yucky yarn is complete! I am not impressed but it is givable and the next one wil b better, although i am Ancey to do something besides blankets so I think I will start a second project so one for home and one for traveling to keep me entertained.
