Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

Not only do we get pumpkin pie today-- but the EZ Green Sweater pattern is now available. Hurray!!!!! I'm trying to figure out what KnitPicks yarn to use.

I'm thinking about knitting my first coat and discovered EZ's pattern for Aran Coat in Knitting Around. Has anyone worked with this pattern before? I've made tons of socks, several sweaters but never an Aran Coat. I'd love some feedback or alternative suggestions. Many thanks-- I love this community.
