Reversible Double Knitting

I've been doing some little projects to learn reversible double knitting. I've made a potholder and 2 coasters so far.

The horizontal/vertical cardigan experiment is finished!!

The torso was knit horizontally to make the vertical rib/stripes, an icord was added to the top and the pickup was done on that. The sleeves were grafted and added for the 3/1 rib and the raglan shaped the top. An icord was worked around the outside of the cardi, and made the buttonholes. The sweater is reversible, side 1 has a raised stripe more visible and more subtle top, the side 2 cardi has a more subtle stripe and more visible rib ridge on top!!
