I have almost finished the cardigan, sewing it up and then knitting the neck, then i'm done. Which is great because I'm sick of hot pink for the moment. I'm excited about making more progress on my dad's sweater, getting through the ribbing so it can be a reading project. I also plan to start my first pair of socks, for when I'm watching tv with my man in bed. Something that requires some focus, but allows me to still watch the movie. As I mentioned in the last blog I was going to make the crazy socks on two circs. So I have started them. I am adding a touch of solid to my socks for interest.



I have worked two circulars on sleeves and have had not troubles. However I did find it a bit awkward collecting the gussets until I decided to move all the stitches so they were more evenly distributed.

Swatching is so very important. It will make the difference as to whether your sweater will fit or not. Knit that swatch. Be sure you get gauge. I would rather have the sweater fit instead of finding someone to fit the sweater. Did I mention to swatch?
