Why Swatch?... Dimension, Part One

The first installment of the meat of the series has been posted @ Roving StarPoints blog. My aim is to keep each installment on the shorter side and trying to stay ahead of the writing. To swatch or not to swatch...

I'm introducing a series on swatching at Roving StarPoints blog and I'd LOVE to have your input and comments on the subject. I've got a lot to say on the matter and already have a lot written out that I've researched and investigated, but I'd really love to make it a rather definitive series on swatching and I'm hoping you'd be willing to share your experiences and observations with swatching... or avoiding swatching... to help me fill in any holes…
