Barbara's Blog - Hello Maisie
Following the loss of Alfie one of our 7 year old Scotties, his brother Macintosh now has a new playmate. Her name is Maisie and she is a brindle coloured Scottie.Pictured here with younger son Richard.

She is into everything and I dread to think what life will be like when she discovers all my knitting and spinning.…

Spinning, spinning, spinning, ply-ing!!!
To the tune of 'Rolling, rolling, rolling, raw-hide!!'

And took it on it's maiden voyage last Friday afternoon. (the varnish wasn't quite dry...) I had to hurry up and practice!!! I had been asked and subsequently volunteered to demonstrate drop spinning on Saturday at the local alpaca farm's public…

Chunky Slippers
I should start over since I hit an incorrect key and it took me out of the Blog Post. Again, I'm a long time knitter (on and off) and mostly working with basic pattern projects.
