She has been diagnoised with leukemia. They put a port in Monday. They are awaiting results of the bone marrow as to exactly how they want to treat it.

Me again, Went to hospital today, grandaughter seems to have better color and some smiles. Monday 7am they will get the blood to the lab, it takes 6 hrs. to get the results. I pray it is not cancer. I keep looking for light at the end of the tunnel.
You won't believe me, I tried to knit last night, I forgot everything, I casted on, and I could not knit for nothing. Brain freeze or burnout, I guess. I am not but 55, so I am not over the hill yet.
Have a wonderful day. I hope my next comment to you will be good news about Mykayla. LOL

Thank you so much Gale, it was so nice to get a happy note, especially since my bones are aching this morning. You have a great day. I have a pair of socks, a baby surprise jacket and a mobius scarf on the needles. It just depends on which one I grab as I go out of the house. LOL.

Hi Gale, Thanks for the comment. I also love the hat, it is still far to warm outside to wear it, but I am eagerly waiting for colder weather. The winters can be really cold and windy here in Scandinavia. Well, yes I knitted it myself. The pattern is found on RavelRy and is called Odessa. Have a great day.

Hi Everyone, I am a beginner to the knitting world. Our daughter is expecting a new addition in 2-2010. We don't know the sex yet. They already have a 11 year old son, so they are wishing for a girl. I hope that I will be able to knit the baby a blanket. That is if I get this knitting thing down. Have a great day.
