Hi, I love the second little monkey you made, I think he is named Bananas. Do you have a pattern for his little face? He is so cute and different! Is it hard to do? My monkey junkie really likes him. Thanks Wendy
I don't know if this is what you are asking, but I had a terrible time with the pattern at the point it said when there are 10 sts between wrapped sts. with RS facing, K to first wrapped st, pick up the wrap and K it together with the st it wraps; W&T. I found this site http://wendyjohnson.net/blog/sockpattern.htm
It is a pattern for a toe-up sock. The pattern has a note which says how many stitches you leave in the middle depends on how wide you want your sock to be. Then on the second page knit across the 14 stitches (you can substitute 10 for our monkey pattern to the first unworked, wrapped stitch. To work this stitch, pick up the wrap and knit it together with the stitch. Wrap the next stitch (so that it now has two wraps and turn. Slip the first (double-wrapped) stitch and purl across to the first unworked, wrapped stitch. Pick up the wrap and purl it together with the stitch. Wrap the next stitch and turn. On subsequent rows you will pick up both wraps and knit or purl them together with the stitch. Then you can go back to the monkey pattern and continue on. I don't know exactly how many rows it is but it will work out if you keep following the directions. Good luck. Pat
