Thank you for the compliment on my slippers. Here is the pattern for the slippers.
phentex Striped Slippers
To fit foot length : 71/2 ins, 8 ½, and 9-9 ½
Materials
Phentex slipper and craft yarn (3oz/85g)
Sizes S M L
MC 1 1 1 Ball
Contrast 1 1 1 Ball
Color A
Size 5mm (U.S. 8) knitting needles or whichever needles you require to produce the gauge given below.
Gauge: 14 ins and 28 rows = 4 ins (10 cm) in garter st.
Instructions
With MC. Cast on 66 sts.
Proceed in pat as follows:
1st row: (RS). (With MC, K6. with A K6) 5 times. With MC K6.
This row forms the pattern.
Cont in pat being careful to twist A over MC.
Work 45 (53-59) more rows in pat.
Next Row. (K2tog) 33 times. 33sts
Break yarn. Thread end through rem sts. Draw up and fasten securely. Fold edge to inside around ankle opening and sew in position on WS. Sew heel and instep seams.
Pompon: Wind A and MC around 3 fingers approx 30 times. Remove from fingers and tie tightly in center. Cut through each side of loops. Trim to a smooth round shape. Sew pompon to top as illustrated.

Thanks for the info. No the link did not copy. I'm not really sure how you do it. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't. Not really sure how to use Etsy. I love your posts. They're so funny. I was going to ask you if one of your favorite things besides knitting and spinning is 'jousting knights'? I am still chuckling over that post. Even my hubby thought it was really funny.
I saw you have a pirate panda in your photo collection. I was wondering where you got the pattern, and if it was hard to do. My daughter's sorority mascot is a panda, and in April they always have an AOPIrate party, and this would be a perfect gift. Last week she asked me if I could knit a panda for her 'little' when she gets one in January, and I told her I had seen one on your page. Would you be willing to share your pattern? - Wendy
