- I love to make socks. That's all. Just socks. Oh, yes, and quilts. My husband and I travel quite a bit and socks make a perfect travel project. They are also conversation starters. "How do you work with all those little sticks?" "Easy. You only use two at a time."
I have three grown children and five grandchildren, including one who is only 16 months old and the apple of my eye. I'm going to give up socks temporarily and make him a sweater. He's too young to want to pick his own color.
