This Knitting Community is the best place to get an answer to a knitting problem.
I don't know if it is me, or just the way that patterns are presented . I do think that charts are best to knit from, rather than the written instructions. Sometimes, I color code the stitches, and then I am all set up to go.
I won't be knitting the bearclaw shaw right away, as I am knitting a scarf with cat paws border and bird houses.

I will work on this . Might have to recruit my grandson. -----I do think this is a pattern worth the rescue. The pattern is different than what I find Barbara Walker's books.

I found a lace pattern for a scarfette which I would love to knit. However, The chart given on the website does not appear complete. It shows sts 16 to 38 only. What to do for the other 15 sts do not appear on the chart.
If anyone has knit this bearclaw shawlette, I would be greatful for you help.

I am in the process of trying to knit a pattern I found on spindlicity.com/winter 2006/pocket_purse.
The first 6 rows went well, but I am confused on Round 7 ( Set-up-round).
I understand using the two needles and two different colorways, but very confused as to begin this crossing over part.
If anyone who has knit this pattern can give me any advise---I thank you.
