It is apart of sock knitters anonymous group. they have one all the time. its a competition with prizes. i don't expect to win anything pbut the idea of being in a competition is fun. plus it gets you to do different things then you would normaly do. this one had you pick a pattern on rav that was unapreciated and couldn't have more than 14 other people using the pattern at the time you picked it. go to that group and read the rules. you have until the 31st of apr to add your project and until may 31 to finish.
