- I'm happily married to the most wonderful man and a mother of 3 grown children and now a grandma of a precious little girl. I love to quilt , knit and also sew. My Mom taught me to knit as a little girl. I made a scarf for my Father that barely went around his neck but he proudly wore it. I've knitted now and then over the years making mostly mittens and slippers. Last Christmas I made 35 pairs of slippers for family and friends. I love knitting! Especially with Knit Picks needles.
