About Me:: I've been knitting for about 30years steadily but began when I was 8 when my Grandma taught me then my mother refreshed it in me a few years later.
It is my art, my meditation and serenity, my sanity.
I teach in elementary school and started a small knitting circle with 4th graders at lunch time. It has gotten very popular.
My husband daughter and I are proud parents of 5 poodles. The first two Lucy and Bert were our boy and girl then boy met girl and poor girl had 4 babies in her! After a grueling labor (for a toy) and a c-section, including tying her tubes, she had 4 puppies- 2 boys and 2 girls. WOW. My sis took 1 of the boys. They are 2 red 1 light red and 1 apricot like mom in color. They have decided that finding my stash or current knitting is fun so we are training them that yarn is a no-no!
