About Me:
I love to knit for relaxation so I don't get too fancy...baby blankets, hats, scarves, afghans, prayer shawls, mittens. I belong to a prayer shawl group at my church. We not only do shawls but all of the above. Right now I am knitting a dark gray scarf in a basic garter stitch...our local yarn shop is collecting them and shipping them on to the military

I had no idea my piggies would be so popular, it was kinda one of those things that the pics were on my camera and I just kinda thought they would be cute!

I love all my farm animals but don't have any piggies right  now though I would like too later.

As for knitting I like anything that is a challenge and as soon as I conquer that I get bored with it and move on to something else. I wish I did more baby stuff but none of my friends have babies, 'yet'!

PS Gees I havent been to this site in a while, thanks for chatting, and bringing me back!

I'm scared of socks too! I did about half of one and ended up having to purl after I picked up the heel stitches, in order to continue in stockinette. I have no clue what I did!
I did find though, that the bamboo needles are way better than metal (for me) they're not so slippery and pointy.
