It's a little bouncier, makes great sweaters, and it's super-soft. Shine is good too, I just don't have as much experience with it. I also really like CotLin - it softens a lot after washing, and linen just gets better and better the more you beat it up in the laundry. Simply Cotton just came out, so I've only swatched with it, but I've knit with other organic cotton yarns from other manufacturers and KP's is softer and doesn't get the weird fly-away pill things that other organic cottons sometimes do.
