WOW - congrats on the weight loss. Major accomplishment! I've wondered if that was effective and if a person stayed healthy during the process.

Knitting is really helping me lose weight. Who would think that keeping your hands busy would be such a stress relief. I can even listen to Paul Finebaum while my husband drives, as long as I have yarn in my hands.

Nice to meet you, Marni. I'm a B'ham gal who hikes, knits, crochets, and cooks, too. No painting ability here, but I'll enjoy viewing your work if you have it posted anywhere.

I work full time which is sort of a pain, but I can buy my yarn and tools without my sweetie pie being able to say a word ;-)
