Janice, you have a beautiful family, and I love your knitting!  Your things are gorgeous.  I love love love your socks!  I loved all the articles you made there.  I wish I lived by you then you could teach me.  We would sit and knit all day and rush to get supper on.  What fun that would be!  :)

Thank you for being my friend.

Thank you so much for your encouraging comments!!  Hope that you are well and having a nice Fall?  Our drought was ended about a week ago--a lovely rain, soft, soaking that lasted a day and a half.  The wild fires took a terrible tole and the forests are thinned with dead trees all over.  It also devastated agriculture and wildlife--so, it will take years to recover. Our temperatures are back up, but Fall is in sight and it won't be much longer for the 100+F temps. Wish we could send some sun and heat your way, I hear that it's been a cold and rainy summer??  Besti wishes--

Thank you so much--The September Angel is really lovely.  Hope that all is going well for you?  We've had it horribly hot and dry this summer--we're waiting for a Tropical Storm to go into land soon--we'd appreciate some nice gentle rain but the TS usually give a deluge, so hope that we get a nice band of rain and that's all!!--picky aren't we!!

Hope that you got a bit of warm and sun this summer--best wishes!!

Thank you, Janice for the beautiful August Angel--she's beautiful, the sentiments are lovely, and the flowers are wonderful!!--thank you!!

We'd be glad to send you some warm!!  We absorbed the Tropical Storm Don--totally sucked in by our heat and drought--the poor farmers!!  Blessings--

Thank you, Janice--it's much too much fun designing the yarn and the sweater!!  Thanks for the compliment--hope that you're doing fine?   We got a few sprinkles with the tropical storm Don, were hoping for more, but we'll take what we get!!  it's so dry that Don just disappeared when it hit landfall!!  Best wishes--

Thank you Janice, for the gracious comments about my new posts--great fun projects both.  Yes, I'm enjoying the spinning--it's fun to design a project from the fiber to completion!!

Thank you Janice, for the lovely July angel!!  lovely as always.  Hope that you are well?

Visited the GK in Austin and stopped by a fantastic yarn, spinning, weaving shop in a very small town--I caught the spinning bug with the beautiful colored tops she sells!!  Dusted off my wheel I hadn't used in 40 years--it's like riding a bike!!  having great fun.  Finished a sweater in sock yarn and with the 2 skeins left, am knitting socks to match--great fun!!
