Maybe once you get you your new knee things will be different than you think! My mother in law has 2 "new" knees and is more mobile than she was before! I also know someone who has discovered biking as a great hobby with his "new" knee.
I'm glad you like art too. I think knitting is an art not just a craft!
Hi Jackie, I finished a few scarves and crochet a few potholders for myself, family members and friends. I been staying home mainly, there isn't really much you can do at this time of the year. It's been warming up a little, nothing like it was two weeks ago. When it get's that cold, it is really hard for me to get around, my joints are getting so stiff, it makes it very hard to me to walk around. I need to get a hip replacement soon, maybe I can move around better soon. What's been going on in your life lately? Gertraud
I'm sorry that I haven't responded to your e-mail yet. I just came back from Germany yesterday. I spend three weeks over there meeting up with my husband and visiting my family. I see you are from South Dakota, what a pretty place that is. My husband I visit South Dakota 4 years ago, going to MT.Rushmore and going to this place where they building this giant statue of Crazy Horse. As you know Germany is big into soccer, but while I was over there I heard some crazy news about the soccer over there. I'm not sure if that is only in germany or if all europe is affected by the controlled soccer plays. I myself have two boys age 23 and 25 but no grandkids yet. My oldest is an Officer in the Navy flying airplanes and my youngest wants to go to a diving school to learn how to weld under water. My hubby currently is working in the middle east and I have to hold the front here at home. Anyways feel free to write back and maybe I can learn a thing or two from you about knitting or other crafts you do.
