ROFL - I didn't snicker. Not once. But I did laugh loud. A lot! About your hunkalicious story :) Yeah, I must admit I still have my "ideal type-a guy". Trouble is, the REAL good ones are far from that ideal. But I prefer to be happy than look at eye candy with no brains. LOL. Seems like you got the brains as well as the eye candy recently. It's good to know there are some of those around, too. :)
Ha Ha Ha - No, I've got to disappoint you. I am German, born in Frankfurt. Grew up (mostly) in the Netherlands - and they've got most movies and series in the original version with Dutch subtitles - a treat that I've taken to like a fish in water.

Oh, and "hunkalicious" is a must. I did shock two coppers with that here when I had an accident on my motorbike. I was shaken up, disoriented and had the pleasure of being attended to by two "hunkalicious" policemen. They weren't quite sure what to make of my comment: "Hey, this day is getting better. Two hunky policemen looking after my welfare. Maybe I should've had an accident sooner." It took my DH a while to explain that my way of dealing with shock is to joke and "walk it off". But I still say, those policemen were eye candy, accident or not. LOL
Mr. Foster, First Mate of the Pirate Ship "The Scary Steek" was not picked for finalist in the Halloween contest. He's fulminating oaths and swears, and he condemns Mr. Spock, rival first mate of the "Enterprise" to Davy Jones' Locker. And he sez with pointy ears he coulda been Pirate Spock from the Alternate Universe. . Well, duh!
