Be sure to go here for the errata for this project.

After doing the provisional cast on, do a purl row before beginning the woven stitch. If you are like me and need help with the provisional cast on go here and here for Lucy Neatby's explanation on it. It only took me 12 years to finally figure this out.

We each find solutions to our knitting problems by asking questions and listening to others solutions and then determining which works best for us.
