You can make the size and design fit the personality of each individual teacher/instructor, whether it is your son’s science teacher who likes to hike through the woods searching for the creatures under the rocks, or the band instructor who… Continue

Knit In Public Day

Posted on June 13, 2009 at 10:30am 2 Comments

Honestly the only time I have to knit is out in public. My life is swirling with high school concerts, drivers ed , equestrian events, remodeling an old home besides working full time. So the chance to stop for a few minutes and knit a row or two is a real treat and great therapy. I am working on a little sweater for my youngest daughter. She is excited and I should have it done sometime this summer in time… Continue

Deidre,
I have a product line question. The new catalog doesn't feature any lace weight yarn. Is it going away? Please say no!

(PS, I added you as a friend!).

Hi Deidre,
So glad to find you again. It's been too long since we worked together in Washougal! I'm thrilled to death for you that you've found a great company to be with. Vivian @PWM

You are welcome! I'm glad you liked the socks. I'm afraid I haven't done a thing on my blog. There are dozens of projects that haven't made it on there. I'm so slow at posting pics and such. And the night I spent so many hours on it only to have my entire post dissapear has really dissuaded me from trying since. I hope to work up the courage to try again soon, though.

Humbolt is too adorable. Isn't it great to have a job that deals with fibers? You know one day my hobby started to work for me. It was great. Hope to see more wonderful things.
