Celine, I just sent an email to Melissa with my files so she can look at them. Even with the explanation this designer gave, I still don't see how it works. According to what she said, it shifts to the left. I don't understand why it should shift. I would think you would want the pattern to be the same as the bottom portion of the vest. I will let you know what Melissa says once she looks at it.

Hi Celine- I am a little concerned about gauge with my needlepoint wool. I'm not totally sure what 'fingering' weight would be- I haven't bought ANY Palette yet... What do you think? What I have is 3 ply specifically for needlepoint. Do you it will work for the KAL? Thanks. -Peggy
