I have started the sweater that has a hood attached but if I keep ripping
some rows out due to mistakes the sweater will not be ready in time. The
babies will be born by c-section the 21st of Dec. The winter where the
live is in the northen part of Georgia.
Most of the patterns I found on the internet for free the main site I use is http://www.knittingpatterncentral.com/directory.php hopes this helps you out for Xmas knitting.
I don't know about the Rock Science but one of my daughters friends said only Lithuanian sheep herders would dye their own yarn. So I would think it might fall somewhere in between those two things. But it works for me, it's a lot of fun.
thanks for the comment on my Sipalu bag. There are tons of mistakes in it, but I think I did a pretty good job for my first try at fairisle/colorwork knitting.
